EMARD DANOFF PORT TAMULSKI & PAETZOLD LLP employs ten lawyers and a paraprofessional staff. Among our partners, we have over 100 years of experience in maritime matters and civil litigation. Each of the four name partners is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell publications. This rating reflects that their peers consider them to be pre-eminent in their field. Our attorneys formerly comprised the San Francisco Office of Kaye, Rose & Partners, until June 1, 2001. Prior to that, Wayne Emard was the Managing Partner of Emard & Perrochet. Eric Danoff, Andrew Port, and James Tamulski were partners in the internationally renowned firm of Graham & James. Partner Cheryl Morris also was employed by Graham & James for several years. Ray Paetzold was the principal in The Paetzold Law Firm and before that was the President of Paetzold, White & Brodsky, PC.
