Cheryl A. Morris

Cheryl A. Morris has been admitted to practice law since 1986. She is admitted in both Pennsylvania and California. Ms. Morris' practice emphasizes occupational disease litigation, and maritime casualties. She represents numerous shipping lines and their underwriters in asbestos, hearing loss and chemical exposure litigation in addition to other types of personal injury work. She has also represented vessel interests in allision matters. Prior to helping organize Emard, Danoff, Port & Tamulski, LLP, Ms. Morris was a senior level associate at Kaye, Rose & Partners, LLP and at Graham & James. She holds undergraduate degree in business administration and a law degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She recently spoke at the Pacific Admiralty seminar on Rule B attachments.
