Cheryl Brodsky

CHERYL L. BRODSKY has been practicing law since 1981. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Connecticut and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She also has a Masters degree in Social Work from Columbia University and practiced as a psychotherapist before attanding law school. Ms. Brodsky began her legal career as an associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. In 1984 she joined the maritime firm of Finan, White & Morrison, and became a partner in the firm which was later renamed Paetzold, White & Brodsky. In 2003, Ms. Brodsky became Of Counsel to Emard, Danoff, Port & Tamulski. She has substantial experience in all aspects of litigation including toxic tort, construction litigation and design defect litigation and she has provided opinions on insurance coverage to both insurance carriers and insured businesses. She has also trained as a mediator and has successfully mediated litigated claims.
