David Boyajian

David Boyajian received a B.A. in 2000 from The University of Vermont. An avid sailor, he has spent considerable time aboard sailing vessels serving as an instructor, a Mate and later a Captain. David holds a U.S.C.G. Master Mariner’s License of Power and Sail to one hundred tons with a Towing endorsement. In 2008, David graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. While at Tulane he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Admiralty and Maritime Law from the Tulane Maritime Law Center. He also served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. David joined Emard Danoff Port Tamulski & Paetzold in 2008. He is licensed to practice in all California courts and is admitted before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
