Talcott N. Bates

Teal Bates joined Emard Danoff Port Tamulski & Paetzold in 2006. She has a B.A. in English from Princeton University, and earned her J.D. in 2006 from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school she served as Editor-in-Chief of the USF Maritime Law Journal and participated in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition. Ms. Bates sat on the Steering Committee for the 2008 Pacific Admiralty Seminar and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the USF Maritime Law Journal. In 2009 San Francisco Magazine named her a “Rising Star” in the transportation/maritime field. Ms. Bates is licensed to practice in California.
