to operate a law firm that allows us the flexibility and capability
to respond promptly, efficiently, and professionally to our clients'
needs, whether those needs arise in the western hemisphere or the

Our attorneys have well over 100 years of collective experience in
a multitude of fields, including maritime and transportation law,
civil litigation, product liability, personal injury, and
construction defect litigation.
We also provide regulatory and transactional advice in maritime and
shoreside fields. Our attorneys previously comprised the San Francisco
office of Kaye, Rose & Partners LLP. Prior to that Messrs. Danoff, Port, and Tamulski were partners
in Graham & James, a renowned law firm with offices around the
world. Mr. Paetzold served in the United States Coast Guard as
an attorney for several years, and then joined, Finan, White &
Paetzold, more recently known as the Paetzold Law Firm.

majority of our work is in the maritime field. We represent numerous
shipping interests and marine insurers. We are correspondent counsel
for several non-U.S. and U.S. P&I clubs. We represent insurers and their insureds in
both maritime and non-maritime matters. We also represent clients
in many shore-based areas of the law. These shore-based clients include
product manufacturers, small businesses, individuals, and governmental
